He received the B. Sc. (2001) and M. Eng. (2004) degrees in Electrical Engineering in the field of Electronics Devices from Universitas Indonesia, Indonesia. He finished his Ph.D. degree at Research Institute of Electronics, Shizuoka University, Japan in 2012. His research interests include single electron and organic electronic devices.
